In the 4 years i’ve been dealing with Jon and his space, not once have I been disappointed with my experience  nor, the outcome of anything I may be doing in the space!  Rehearsing is easy to walk in, setup and tear down, recording an album or ep is also very easy with the professional sound of the room and cheap full day rentals - and it has also served me well with filming music videos or taking band pictures!

Sweet Gale has been using Howies Loft Studio for our rehearsals since early 2025. As a 5 piece band with electric guitars and drums, we are very thankful for having access to affordable and accessible space for our near weekly rehearsals. There are not many jam spaces left in Charlottetown and without them, new musicians would be discouraged from getting together to make some noise! 

Jon has been great to work with and has always responded quickly to any concerns we’ve had about gear availability and functionality in the space. We hope to continue playing at Howies for years to come.

Our band was looking for a place to practice on a weekly basis and Howie’s loft has been exactly what we needed. Both the design and vibe of the space is perfect, it has practically everything we need to plug in and jam in a super relaxed setting. Jon and Mitch are super great to coordinate with and the location is right in town! We feel super lucky to have access to it!
